The Little Book of BIG BABES

The Little Book of BIG BABES - Rachelle Abellar

Letztes Jahr hatte mich Rachelle angeschrieben, ob ich Interesse daran hätte bei einer Online Ausgabe dabei zu sein. Warum denn nicht? Ich fand die Idee klasse und freute mich schon auf die Zusammenarbeit.

Nach und nach stellte sich heraus, dass das Projekt größer und größer wurde, so dass sie letztendlich ein Buch daraus machen konnte. So viele Mädels hatten sich gemeldet, jeder mit seiner eigenen Vorstellung von Mode. 

Als ich das erste Mal das Buch in meinen Händen hielt, konnte ich gar nicht mehr aufhören von Ohr zu Ohr zu grinsen. So viele Mädchen mit verschiedener Mode, verschiedene Figuren, aber alle Body Positive! Natürlich freute ich mich auch darüber ein paar bekannte Gesichter zu sehen! 

An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich bei Rachelle bedanken, dass sie mich fragte, ob ich Teil von ihrem Projekt sein möchte und dass sie uns Dickerchen eine Stimme gegeben hat.

Last year Rachelle contacted me and asked if I wanted to be part of an online feature. Why not?! I thought the idea was amazing and couldn't wait for the collab.

Slowly but surely it was clear that the project was getting bigger and bigger. So big actually that she was able to publish a book. So many girls got back to her, all with their own sense of fashion.

I couldn't stop smiling ear to ear when I held the book in my hands for the first time. So many girls with different fashion, different body types but all body positive! Ofcourse I was happy to see some familiar faces!

At this point I would like to that Rachelle for asking me to be part of her project and that she gave us big babes a voice.
